Interactive Equipment Delivery & Installation

Interactive Equipment Delivery

Bring KIDSjumpTECH interactive equipment into your school, museum, therapy center, or entertainment venue, with coordinated delivery, installation guidance, and professional system setup.

We ship throughout the United States and internationally. Every purchase comes with installation documentation, pre-installation video consultations, and remote calibration. Need our engineers at your facility? We also offer on-site installation supervision and commissioning, quoted separately.

Tell us which systems you are considering, where they will be installed, and your preferred launch date. We will help you plan the equipment configuration, delivery, and setup.

Choose Your Installation Option

Installation requirements depend on the selected equipment and your space. Mobile systems arrive ready for a simple plug-and-play launch, while ceiling-mounted systems require physical installation followed by calibration and testing.

Installation with Remote Guidance

Our remote installation support lets you work with local contractors while our engineers guide the setup and handle system calibration.

Your purchase includes:

Your local contractors mount the projectors and sensors, arrange the required wiring, and provide power. We handle the software configuration and calibration needed to prepare the system for use.

This option combines local installation with direct support from our engineering team, without travel costs for an on-site visit.

On-Site Installation Supervision & Commissioning

For projects requiring our specialists at your facility, we offer installation supervision and commissioning.

Our engineers oversee your local installation team and carry out the technical setup of the interactive system. The service includes:

You’re responsible for the physical installation. Your certified local contractors handle drilling, structural mounting, and electrical work, and you’re responsible for building-code compliance, the suitability of supporting structures, and site insurance arrangements.

Before scheduling our visit, we review site readiness, electrical requirements, and any preparation your contractors need to complete. Supervision fees and travel costs are quoted separately, based on the project scope and location.

Delivery Areas & Lead Times

We complete final assembly, hardware integration, software configuration, and quality testing at our facility in Davie, Florida. Learn more about these stages on our Manufacturing & Assembly page.

From there, we ship across the United States and to international destinations, including Canada, South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Manufacturing Lead Times

The standard manufacturing lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the equipment configuration.

This period covers hardware integration, software loading, 72–96 hours of stress testing, and packaging. Shipping transit time is additional.

Custom configurations and complete interactive digital parks follow an individual schedule based on software development and hardware requirements. We define that schedule during the proposal stage.

U.S. Shipping

We use FedEx for compact equipment and Estes for larger less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments in wooden crates.

Estimated transit times after dispatch from our Florida facility are:

  • U.S. East Coast: approximately 4 business days.
  • U.S. West Coast: approximately 1 week.

Shipping is quoted separately from the equipment price. We pass our discounted corporate freight rates directly to you, and every shipment is insured for the full value of the equipment.

International Shipping

International delivery is available through DHL and sea freight providers, and transit time and shipping costs depend on the destination and freight method.

To help with customs clearance, we prepare all the required export documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, equipment descriptions, and HS codes.

Planning an opening, exhibition, or school program? Build in time for manufacturing, shipping, physical installation, and calibration, and share your target launch date early so we can coordinate the project schedule.

Packaging & Receiving Your Equipment

We select packaging according to the size and configuration of your order to protect equipment, optics, screens, and internal connections during transport.

Wooden Crates for Larger Systems

Interactive mobile units, interactive sandboxes, and multitouch tables ship in durable wooden transport crates. Custom-cut cushioning foam holds the equipment in place and helps absorb shocks and vibration.

Reinforced Cartons for Compact Equipment

Compact stationary systems, sensors, and projectors ship in reinforced multilayer cartons with protective cushioning.

Check Your Shipment on Arrival

Inspect the external packaging before signing the delivery receipt.

  1. Look for visible damage. Check for punctured crate panels, deep dents, moisture, and damaged or missing sealing tape.
  2. Photograph damage before unpacking. Take clear photos of the affected packaging.
  3. Record the damage. Ask the driver or courier to note it on the delivery receipt.
  4. Contact us immediately. Send the photographs and delivery details to our support team.

All shipments are insured for their full equipment value. If transit damage occurs, we coordinate the insurance process and arrange replacement of affected components to help keep your launch on schedule.

Prepare Your Space for Installation

Most facilities can accommodate our equipment without extensive renovation. Before you order, we assess the proposed space using room photos, dimensions, ceiling height, and the location of light sources.

Projection Surface

Provide a clear floor area for the activity zone and protective mats where applicable, or a flat wall suitable for projection. We help determine equipment placement based on the room layout and lighting.

Power Supply

Our systems use standard electrical outlets and do not require dedicated high-power lines.

For ceiling-mounted equipment, an outlet should be accessible near the installation location. If needed, arrange for a local electrician to add one. You can also request longer power cables before your system is prepared.

Internet Access

Provide stable Wi-Fi coverage in the equipment area. Internet access is needed for remote setup, calibration, technical support, software updates, and regular background license checks.

For schools, clinics, and other facilities with managed networks, involve your IT team before the remote setup session so connection and access requirements can be addressed.

Mounting & Site Access

For stationary systems, your contractors need to prepare suitable mounting points and complete the physical installation.

If ceiling mounting isn’t practical at your facility, an Interactive Mobile Floor is a good alternative. It doesn’t attach to the building structure and simply plugs into a nearby outlet.

Before your consultation, have these ready:

  • Your facility address and installation location.
  • Room dimensions, ceiling height, and photos.
  • The available floor or wall projection area.
  • Power outlet locations and any mounting restrictions.
  • Details on Wi-Fi and IT access requirements.
  • Contacts for receiving the shipment and coordinating installation.

Initial Setup & System Launch

The launch process depends on whether you choose a mobile or stationary system.

Mobile Systems: Plug-and-Play Setup

Our interactive mobile systems arrive with preinstalled content and calibrated sensors. Position the unit in the intended activity area, connect it to a standard outlet, and switch it on.

These systems do not require ceiling mounting or specialist installation skills.

Stationary Systems: Mounting & Calibration

Your local contractors complete the physical installation using our documentation and technical guidance.

Once the projectors and sensors are mounted and the system is online, our engineers connect remotely to the control PC. We adjust the image, configure the depth cameras, and test the interactive activities before the system goes into daily use.

Staff Training

Once the technical setup is done, we schedule online training for your team. Teachers, therapists, activity leaders, and other staff get hands-on practice with the controls, guided by our specialist.

Training covers navigating the interface, switching between activities, and operating the equipment with confidence. On-site commissioning also includes instruction on startup, shutdown, and basic care.

Remote Technical Support

And our support doesn’t stop after installation. You can reach us by phone and WhatsApp, with video consultations when needed.

For remote diagnostics, our technicians can access the unit through TeamViewer using a one-time password your team provides. That lets us look into technical issues and help with system settings.

If you’re purchasing multiple devices or launching a complete interactive park, we set up dedicated WhatsApp working groups that connect your facility staff directly with our technical support team.

Visit our Product Support page for support contacts and details on requesting technical assistance.
